Every team member has a White Card and relevant site tickets such as EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Spaces, and Working With Children. We assign the right people with the right tickets to suit your site.

A standard builder’s clean usually includes:

Yes. We can come back for sparkle cleans, touch ups before handover, or maintenance cleans during the program to keep the site tidy and safe.

Yes. Light waste and debris go out as part of the clean, and we can organise skip bins for bigger clean ups. We do not handle asbestos, mould or contaminated waste.

Absolutely. We coordinate closely with site managers and other trades to make sure our cleaning fits smoothly into the program.

Every team member is inducted and briefed before starting, and we follow all WHS requirements. A current SWMS, insurances and risk assessments are ready for every project.

Yes, we do. We provide full caulking services alongside our cleaning, covering internal, external, and wet areas with high quality sealants suited to each material.

Yes, we can. We regularly complete final cleans and caulking in finished or occupied buildings and always take care around completed surfaces and furniture.
